The items you are ordering are dollhouse  miniatures and are intended for adult collectors only and not children toys or for children under 14 years old 

Should an item be sold out, I will contact you immediately. We can then discuss if you want an alternative item or if I should order the same item for you. However, in that case you have to allow a delivery time of 3-4 months, as most of the miniatures are so unique and require so much work, that it takes weeks for the artist to finish it. Plus the fact, that I have to go to Moscow in person to discuss the order and tell them exactly what I need and then of course I have to go back a few months later to pick it up! Of course this also applies to any special/commission orders.
However, this ensures you even more of a unique Russian miniature!
